Shipping Terms for Second Floor Stuff

1. Scope

These shipping terms apply to all purchases made through our online store, Second Floor Stuff. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms described here.

2. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days within Poland and 7-14 business days within the European Union.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days (available only in Poland).

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping option. These costs will be displayed before completing your purchase.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding local and national holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (Warsaw time) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment's status.

6. Deliveries

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
  • Second Floor Stuff is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or due to force majeure.

7. International Shipping

  • We ship within the European Union. If you are outside this region, please contact us before placing your order to evaluate shipping options.
  • All applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Loss or Damage

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@secondfloorstuff.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • For damaged packages, please send photos of the package and the damaged contents.

9. Cancellations and Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to make changes.
