Return Policy for Second Floor Stuff

Free Returns in Poland

We offer free returns in Poland for orders over 300 PLN. If your order meets this requirement, you can return it at no extra cost. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. For more details on how to initiate a return, visit our returns policy page.

1. Scope

This return policy applies to all purchases made through our online store, Second Floor Stuff. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms described here.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.
Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

Contact us at hello@secondfloorstuff.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Second Floor Stuff is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
